Jack's first car show participation was more than 30 years ago. He's acquired tips and tricks from other industry professionals over several decades on preserving and restoring classic rides while receiving professional training. His passion for automotive culture includes competing in motorsport events where his car preparation is second to none. Jack has numerous Class wins in autocross and regional time attacks. He has raced at the Toronto Indy and competed several times in the grueling 5 day motorsport adventure Targa Newfoundland winning the elusive Targa Plate in his modified Datsun 280Z. Jack also has his motorcycle racing license and enjoys a good rip on his Ducati Sport bike and his classic Kawasaki KZ1000 he converted to a café racer/brat ride. Jack is certified in several disciplines, was trained in California by a top industry Master, has his welding ticket and displays an acute attention to detail. His car building and restoration abilities have been showcased in more than 34 vehicle builds in the last 14 years. Jack studied Industrial Design (received Honours), has obtained world-wide patents and won several prestigious Global awards for his Technology Innovation and Leadership including a recent Edison Award in New York City.
A passionate enthusiast, Jack pitched a new automotive format television show to Fox Networks in Los Angeles. Network executives loved the idea, and several months later Jack was in Las Vegas at SEMA promoting his new television series airing on SPEED Channel. TUNER TRANSFORMATION was a huge hit with fans around the world. Jack was the co-host of the show, built numerous highly modified vehicles, and executed countless marketing campaigns with top performance parts suppliers, lifestyle companies and automotive manufacturers. You may have seen Jack's personal rides or vehicles he's prepped at local car cruises or large events, you'll recognize and appreciate his attention to detail. His vehicles have won numerous awards and received countless exposure in various media outlets. He exhibits the same level of skill and craftsmanship with customers vehicles and understands the restoration nuances of different paint finishes, executing performance improvements and balancing aesthetic upgrades with originality.
